Working out is one way to welcome in Spring. Snow is on the forecast for this night however....
As for getting into better condition all you have to do is follow a few steps down the basement stairway.
Using dumbells and barbells are a prerequisite for this exercise.
Perform any standard regimen for 2 to 4 sets with 15 being the ideal repetition for a reasonably fit person.
I have found that after a long Winter's absence from this regimen, one has only to challenge themselves, do some lifting, pumping and complete breathing.
Following your sets it is time to put in some aerobic work...if possible, run 3 to five miles or walk for 30 minutes 3 to 7 days a week.
At the end of this type of workout over a week's time you just might want to throw a Steak upon the Barbie to celebrate you invigorated body, mind and soul....
